Skill Assessment Matters Helpful in Service Selection Process

While getting into the process of skill assessment, candidates are generally asked questions that are based on many scenarios. With the help of these questions test, it has become very easy to know the approach of the candidates towards the related scenarios.

After submitting the application form, candidates are forwarded to the next sift stage where they are generally sorted out among other candidates. The sift stage occurs in the very last week when the application date is about to end.

After passing the skill assessment test, candidates send to the Job Simulation Assessment Center. Sending to the workplace simulation center is considered the next stage of the selection process. If the candidate could not pass this test then he has the advantage that he can enroll again after six months too.

The candidates are required to take part in four role-play simulations in this examination process. Each role-play will take only 10 minutes not more than this. Although four role plays will be mock but these will be real situations that are generally faced by the IT officers.
